Delivery
At Trish's Truffles we take great care of how we ship and handle each of your packages. We use the best methods available to ensure timely delivery. Please double check all of your address selections as t ensure our gaurantee for timely delivery. We can not be responsible for if addresses are incorrect.
Extreme weather conditions can impact delivery dates. If you need your gifts to have a guarenteed arrival please use our next day espress delivery option.
Shipping
We package our chocolates and sweet treats for the climate to ensure freshness, all shipments are 2nd and Next Day. All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via Next Day Priority, and include a $15.00 surcharge to the Standard Delivery fee. Saturday delivery to these locations is not available. We do not ship to APO/PO addresses.
We take pride that our products are made fresh to order and for that reason we ship according to the following.
Orders placed prior to 1 pm EST Monday will ship the next day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST Monday and before 1pm on Wednesday will ship on Wednesday. Orders place after 1pm Wednesday and before 3pm Friday will ship on the following Monday.
Standard Shipping offers 2 choices
- 2nd Day; Orders placed prior to 1 PM EST Monday and before 3pm Wednesday will ship for delivery within 2 business days
- Next Day; Orders placed prior to 1 PM EST Monday and prior to 3pm Wednesday will ship same day for next day delivery.
Due to the perishability of our products we do not ship after Wednesday.

Due to the heat of summer we must use special material and packaging to ensure a perfect delivery of these delicate items. Summer shipping cost and method can be determined using the table below. Please note that shipping costs are per shipment, or an individual package to an individual address; orders with multiple shipments will incur multiple shipping charges.
