Each year I create a new collection for the holidays and this year I was inspired by the "Bûche de Noël" (log cake or roll). So we created five uniquely designed chocolate truffles to resemble the classic Bûche de Noël and featuring all five chocolates. Belgium Dark, Swiss Milk, Swiss White, Belgium Ruby & Gold.
Each box will contain one of each of these beautiful and delicious hand crafted truffle flavors plus a bonus of our Signature Raspberry Chambord.
Pumpkin Roll: We have taken this classic Thanksgiving & Christmas dessert and created a miniature version with our Swiss milk chocolate and a pumpkin cream filling. Finish with a coppery luster and holly leaf.
Classic Vanilla Bean: Vanilla bean is a holiday favorite for "Bûche de Noël's and our version is spot on. Smooth Swiss white chocolate filled with a french vanilla bean cream ganache. Finished with a holiday red bow!
Bourbon Pecan: The warm notes of bourbon and the rich and buttery sweetness of pecans is a long tradition of the holidays as far back as the 18th century. We have created the perfect blend of these two iconic flavors with our Belgium gold chocolate, a bourbon ganache cream and toasted pecans.
Pomegranate: This sweet and tart ruby red fruit is the perfect pairing for Belgium Ruby chocolate, we have created a pomegranate ganche to fill our ruby holiday "Bûche de Noël."
Classic Dark Chocolate: This is the rich and decadent "Bûche de Noël". Belgium dark chocolate gancache encased in a Belgium bittersweet chocolate and adorned with white winter snowflakes.
